Well I thought about writing a blog reviewing 2012 and then I thought, but hang on uno momento, if a picture is worth 1,000 words, why not just plunder the photo albums? So I did.
These are mostly Wales, Gloucestershire, Terminal 5 Heathrow, Hong Kong, Tokyo plus Reims and the Champagne region.
I know February is not the most popular “Review of 2012” time but hey, better late than never and I thought about them back in January, honest!

A fantastic 2012 – I love looking back at photos after a few years. Memories come flooding straight back.
Photos have always been important in my family. I’ve still got albums of snaps taken on my dad’s old box Brownie and then the very first Kodak Instamatic!! Sensation!! They kept their colour a lot better than the first digital “print off your own” pictures, which all went green! 🙂
Wow: a year of incredible contrasts. Loved this set of pictures, Jan: it has been an awesome year, in the old sense of the word 🙂

Maybe… if it didn’t take me too long whittling them down to 12! 🙂
My plan is to identify the ‘best’ picture at the end of each month and then it will be easier at the end of the year…

Great stuff. I especially like the smiling angel. She looks like she has just heard a good joke. Also Fat Lily who looks slim enough to me.
